Lance, I agree with Jay. This is basically what I use. No problem for the last 2 years and I trickle charge it if I am not riding for more than a week. Good price on it also!

That is the one to get. I replace my Yuasas every 6 years because it seems like I should. Have 3 old one sitting here that all test out 100%.

That is the 310cc, only a few more bucks to get the max instead of the 270cc. They don't advertise it, but they usually ship overnight due to special handling because of the acid.

Sorry I didn't get back sooner. BS stands for "bottle supplied". You add the electrolyte yourself which is really the best way since there's no chance of getting a factory filled battery that has set on the shelf for a while and possibly sulfated.

The Amazon link that ultrastar posted is where I got mine.

Follow the directions carefully especially the one about letting the battery sit for 1-2 hours after the electrolyte is added. Trying to charge it before the fluid is completely soaked into the glass mats can ruin the battery.

Excellent! Thanks Jay! I like the idea of the higher CCAs since I plan to add a stereo system at some point .
